Cancellation Policy

We value your time and strive to provide personalized care for each patient. Your appointment time is reserved just for you. A late cancellation or missed visit can prevent others from receiving care. To ensure fairness, we kindly ask for at least 48 hours' notice for any cancellations or appointment changes. 

Appointments canceled or rescheduled within 48 hours, as well as missed appointments, will incur a $150 cancellation fee. For your convenience and in alignment with our cancellation policy, all patients are required to keep a credit card on file.
