In 2023, Kiana founded Natural Aesthetic + Wellness, 

a medical spa, with a mission to provide a comprehensive & personalized experience delivering natural aesthetic outcomes, helping you to age with CONFIDENCE.

"I became an injector because I genuinely love being a part of the transformation of helping people age confidently while keeping you looking natural, but after years in this industry, I kept watching the same thing happen — patients being pressured into treatments they didn't need, rushed through appointments, and left with results that didn't look like them. Providers chasing volume instead of outcomes. I was exhausted by it.

So I built Natural Aesthetic + Wellness to be the opposite of everything that was making me sick about this industry. No pressure. No rushing. No cookie-cutter or painful treatments. Just honest conversations, a real plan, included essential aftercare, and results that look naturally like you — on purpose.

Kiana grew up in Spokane, Washington. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Washington State University and graduated with her Doctorate of Nursing Practice degree from the University of Nevada.

Kiana is the creator + host of the podcast Aesthetic Chat Unfiltered. Originally, she created the podcast as a resource for new injectors, something she wished was available when she started in aesthetics. Now Kiana uses her podcast & platform to provide an unfiltered perspective on the aesthetic industry to help injectors navigate a successful career.

Kiana & her husband enjoy living in both Coeur d'Alene, Idaho & Scottsdale Arizona traveling between the two locations on a monthly basis for their individual businesses. They also have two Boston terriers, Jerry + Finnigan who are often seen traveling alongside them.
